Hanny KUSNADI

Hanny is the Academic Director for the MSc in Accounting and Financial Analytics programme, and an award-winning teacher in Accounting at NUS. Hanny’s research interests include firm valuation, innovation, and corporate governance. Prior to joining NUS, Hanny worked in the industry for many years, including as a tax accountant at a boutique CPA firm in Silicon Valley, and as a Finance Controller in Singapore. She is a licensed CPA in California. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Indonesian; and conversational in Japanese and Hindi.
David REEB

He also serves as the Director of Business Doctoral Programmes at NUS Business School. His research focuses on corporate finance but also encompasses financial disclosure choices and delves into international business. He is one of the most prominent scholars in the world on family-controlled firms.

Ke Bin is a Professor of Accounting and Provost’s Chair at NUS Business School. He is a holder of the prestigious “Chang Jiang Scholar” (“长江学者”) title awarded by China’s Ministry of Education and the Li Ka Shing Foundation. He was the President of the Chinese Accounting Professors Association of North America, a leading academic organisation that promotes high-quality accounting research on China, the Asia Pacific region, and other emerging market economies.

Kim Chiu is an Emeritus Professor at NUS Business School. He focused on various research interests and teaching areas including Fair Value Accounting, Valuation Of An Accounting For Financial Instruments and Bank Accounting. He had previously chaired the Financial Reporting Committee and the Banking and Finance Committee at the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. Throughout his career, he has worked in various industries such as banks, health and accounting firms.
Daniel RABETTI

Daniel is an Assistant Professor in Accounting and Finance at NUS Business School. His research lies at the intersection of financial economics, innovation, and intermediation. His scholarly contributions have been presented at several conferences worldwide, covered by popular financial media outlets like Bloomberg, Washington Post, and Financial Times, and published in leading journals, including Management Science, Journal of Accounting Research, and Journal of Accounting & Economics. Before joining NUS Business School, Daniel visited the Finance group at Cornell University through the Fintech Initiative and DEFT Labs. Daniel also advises fintech ventures in the blockchain space.
Sean SHIN

His primary research interests lie in corporate governance and sustainability accounting.
